And if that were true in this situation they would owe me money, this thing is worth negative dollars. It barely lasted 5 miles before it started popping and skipping. Then it would act as if the chain had skipped off the chain wheels, and then randomly would catch and things would be ok. After about 20 miles it started seizing up and acting like a fixed wheel, when you resisted it all sorts of grinding and horrible noises would occur. After putting up with both of those types of events occurring more and more increasingly at 67 miles its a constant issue of it either spinning freely or binding up like a fixie. I only wanted something cheap to last me through this season but that is no where near happening. Its not like I ride rough or anything, just a steady 10-15 mph over suburb sidewalks and side streets. I am a bit on the heavy side but not to the point that it would be an issue. It's just garbage and feels like a lot of the ratchets and struts are broken inside, the actual cog appears to be cast with an extremely cheap metal.

This installed easily on my single speed road bike. I was coming from a 16t to this 18t and it made enough of a difference that I could take off from a stop much easier. I'm glad I didn't go with the 20t, I think that would have caused too much spinning at higher speeds. This freewheel has a nice sound as well, not loud, but it sounds of much better quality than came stock on my bike.
