These are very nice, simple sheaths to prevent cross-contamination when using a thermometer. An essential item for any home that is all to often neglected. Very quick deliveery.

Use it at the veterinary clinic for taking cat and dog temperatures. My staff demand these type. Say the other types don't work as well.

Difficult to remove sheath from backing. I ruined about 5 trying to figure out how the backing came off. There are no illustrated directions.They are cheap and once your figure it out it's not too difficult but still cumbersome to remove.

I've used thermometer sheaths for years, I have 3 kids, so I take temperatures quite often. Recently, my regular pharmacy was out (Leader brand), so I tried these. They are terrible!! I should be able to easily insert the thermometer and gently peel off the packaging that secures the sheath to the thermometer, but it won't separate, not even with help. Maybe they are old and the packaging has been compromised? I had to throw them out and go to a new pharmacy to purchase at retail.

Too many don't tear right and there's poor quality control if any. I'm very careful unpeeling the paper and plastic and yet there are plenty of covers that don't have proper cut lines (manufacturing defect).

Individually wrapped and easy to use. One Iess thing to mess with if taking care of someone. Replace each use.
