Good product. Although the spring latch that secures it down to the rail isn't 100 percent locked in place. I wish they had a more secure way to tighten it down to the picatinny rail.

I wanted to update my review. I got it to fit the 21. It's locks in nice but it's a hair too tight. I put oil on the polymer rail to prevent scraping. The laser was super bright, but the on/off switch was faulty. Sometimes it would turn on and sometimes it wouldn't. Now it doesn't turn on at all. Sportswarehouse was great though, they sent me a replacement, which is working good for now. I literally got it yesterday and tested to see if it worked. I haven't tried fitting it on anything yet though. Hopefully this one fits better.I've bought other Ade Advanced Optics and never had a problem. They make a really nice laser/light combo that fits on an AR rail perfectly. I went with this brand over another similar priced one. It does not fit Glock 21, Sig p228, p229, or Springfield XD9. The rails are too tight to where you have to force it on. It barely fit the Glock 21, but it felt like it was scraping the polymer rails. The only thing I got it to fit was a poly80 brand frame. However, it is loose towards the rear. For this to fit, your rails need to be kind of sharp or thin, if that makes sense. Maybe there is a way to adjust it. I have to play around with it some more. If I get it to fit properly, I'll update this review.

This product just stopped working after 2 months from purchase. I thought it might be the batteries so I replaced it with the battery in , which I bought at the same time. Basically I swapped the batteries. The works fine with either batteries, but this s***ty product from, ADE ADVANCED OPTICS, just stole my money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS UNRELIABLE.

This is a great laser sight for the price. I have a few green dots and the beans on the other seem to scatter more then on this one. I assume it has to do with the output of the unit but this one works great. The quick release is awesome for so I can use this in multiple guns and makes storage very simple.

I ordered this device mainly because of it's reasonable price, especially for a green laser. The quality is better than I had expected and it now resides on my 3rd generation Glock 17 pistol. This laser fits rather loosely on picatinny rails, but is very tight on several Glock pistols I have tried it on. It's also quite easy to adjust so it's very bright beam aligns with the sights on my pistol. It's a keeper and I may get another one.

This little laser is very nice. Alignment was pretty simple after I realized you need to unscrew the front cover. Great for home defense all by itself. No one wants to see a laser pointed at them in the middle of the night. I mounted to a Glock 23. Tight fitment. No play. No issues thus far

This really is an amazing laser! I wasn't expecting this at all. I figured it would be more of a cheap toy. But I'm totally impressed. It's well built, mounts solidly to the firearm. I have it on a Taurus SR22 and it works perfectly. It's a bit large for the gun, but for my purposes it's great! I like the larger battery for extended battery life.

This unit looks fine, I don't see anything that is bad right off the bat. I haven't shot with it yet though. I put it on a 5.56 AR pistol but well back from the muzzle and near my left thumb on a 45-degree offset rail. I really doubt it would stand up to the blast and recoil of a .40 or .45, especially if it's sticking out below the muzzle.The rapid release is nice, but has a lot of play in it using a cheaply cast offset rail. I have a better rail on order that will hopefully fit tighter.This unit is not as bright as another green laser I have, but it is certainly brighter than any red laser I have.For the price, I think it's reasonably good quality for a green laser. I will report back after shooting with it at the range.

Bought this and tested the laser. Pretty bright and clear. I was disappointed that it didn't fit my Sig P229 properly. Had to get a mini-metal file and grind down the rail (of the laser, not the gun so it would slide in all the way. I also had to file the end corners by the trigger as the square corners did not fit the rounded edges of the gun. Once it was filed, I was able to fit it in. However, because its fairly snug, its not quite a "quick release".
