I bought this part to replace my tillers pull cord. After the third pull, the cord did not retract. I bough the part and ended up getting surgery so it was about a month and a half before I actually installed it and tried it out. I was out of the 30 day window for returns, and Amazon told me the part I’d not eligible for damaged returns.

The rope actually cut the plastic. Now the rope gets stuck in the jagged plastic and is fraying.No stars in my opinion
