These ankle weights are highly functional. The ability to remove and re-add weights in one-pound increments is very convenient. As I am recovering from a stroke, I initially needed to start with light weight. One pound was an ideal point for me. As I progressed, I gradually added more weight as needed. I would recommend these weights to anyone who requires one to five pounds.

Love these ankle weights. Easy to put on and off. Comfortable (if you can call heavy weights around your ankles comfortable! Haha) Seem to be very well constructed. I use all five pounds on each ankle and do leg lifts while seated. It really helps strengthen my thigh muscles to ease my knee pain.

A little on the Bulky side. Great quality, very versatile. I do hope that they last & with stand the Texas Heat, outdoor trail & hills. I had to reintroduce myself to the extra weight added to my ankles. I have always worn 8” high outdoor / work boots for everything I do. The extra weight (s) took a relearning period. As well as shorter time frames of wearing them. Don’t expect to slap these on & do a 3 to 5 mile walk or hike. 😓🥵

These are an excellent pair of weights. Each weight has 5 1lb bars in it so you can adjust each weight by the lb depending on your needs. The material is nice and soft and thick enough that the bars inside don't press too hard into whatever limb you've attached it to. They're pretty bulky but not nearly as bad as the old sand bag weights I used to have.Overall, these weights are really well made and comfortable to use with great adjustability for any level of workout.

A little more expensive that others but well made and uses real metal plates instead of cheap iron sand bags.

This package includes adjustable ankle weights with ten individual weight bars, each weighing 1 pound. The quality of the weight bars is exceptional, providing a precise and reliable weight feel. They easily slide in and out of their pockets, making adjustments simple and convenient. A heavy-duty buckle ensures that everything stays secure, while the soft, breathable material enhances comfort during use. These ankle weights offer a snug fit, making them comfortable to wear for extended periods. Additionally, the breathable design prevents overheating, allowing for a more enjoyable workout. I highly recommend these ankle weights for anyone looking to add resistance to their training.

Great quality! Adjustable weights. A bit bulky but that’s ok for some people I just have small ankles. I suggest keeping the outside weights on if you are removing weights. They will wrap more snug and even around. Good product

I got these as a gift for my partner as she loves leopard print. She and I both tried these ankle weights out and they are great. The fabric of the weights is soft and comfortable but still very sturdy and the reinforcing piping on the bottoms of the individual weight slots are not harsh to the touch either. Every feature of these ankle weights is well thought out and executed, there are only two nitpicks I can think of: one is the individual sandbags could be given their own individual sewn on fabric pull tabs or loops for easy adding/removing of weight, but I am not pressed for time when adjusting the weight range nor is my partner, so it does not bother us. The second is the price, which is technically not a bad price for this, but neither is it the lowest, and to save over ten dollars, I would easily put up with a product that sacrifices some of the comfort and quality to offer the same basic features. In summary, the product is excellently made but walking the line of high price so closely I am a millimeter off from giving this four out of five stars.

I'm a big guy and have some big calves as you can see in the picture. The straps are more than adequate to still reach around and would even accommodate someone with larger ankles if needed. That being said the strap against the skin isn't particularly comfortable. It was very uncomfortable on my shins so started wearing these with the strap portion on the back of my legs. I've also started wearing taller socks when I'm using these and that has taken away all concerns about the straps comfort for me. I imagine if you're ankles are smaller the strap would never come in contact with your ankle.Initially I was standing up while putting these on and found it a little difficult getting them tight enough with the weight pulling them down. Since then I've started sitting down and basically laying my ankle on the weight and then tightening them. This is much faster and easier.Frankly I had always felt like stuff like this was kind of gimmicky but after using them I've definitely changed my mind. Putting these on with the full 5lbs per ankle makes my legs feel like I just did leg day in my work out routine. It is like my legs just feel weaker. I'm amazed how much more effort it feels like it takes just walking around.I've started wearing these during my lifting workouts and also when I go for my walks. The straps and materials feel well made. It feels like something I can beat up and will last a long time.
