I wasn't sure about this bed frame at the first, but after got it, Wow it was so easy to setup, literally you need no tools at all. the remote is easy to use, get you to the perfect position right away. and it held up great. Feel like a great buy, great quality without the price tag. totally worth it.

The box is heavy and the frame is a folded piece. After opening it, unfold it (mechanical side up), screw on the 6 legs, then connect the power cord to the power box, (there are installation instructions and videos) turn it over and plug it in. Put the mattress on it and enjoy it, the mattress does not move left and right when it is raised or lowered, so far, I am very happy with the product.

Frame and motors are working so far.cant use side rails twin xl mattress too widê for frame size.

UPDATE: the company did refund the total amount without havimg me return the frame.Instructions were horrible, frame is very small, full size mattress hangs off the sides. Would return if I had not put it together and mattress on it before I realized how small the frame is. The full size mattress falls off this frame. Not sure if I could box it up to return or i would
