No surprises here, aside from having to put all the little rubber pieces onto the prongs when it arrived. I do wish it wasn't so loose, though, when in a resting state, if it's not fitted well the dog could put its head down and it'll fall off. Will come back if anything changes, or that happens, but so far this collar is as I thought it would be and our dog has slowed down the pulling a good amount to help with training.
