I am older, and I find I can no longer do squats flat footed. I like that you get two different angles. I vary them depending on how I feel. At first, I thought they were just Styrofoam, but the are more sturdy than that. You only get three pads. Two combine to equal the degrees of the 3. Works well.

These are decent ... I wish the material was a bit more sturdy like rubber. They are a good height when used stacked or as a single lifter. I use these a lot for squatting and deadlifting. Because they are lightweight, you can easily put them in your gym bag and take with you.

Excellent blocks to add to your gym! These have been great for stretching, squats, etc. They're made of a durable plastic that feels like a solid foam. They don't slide around on my carpet and they're stackable for different uses.I like that they are lightweight and stackable for easy storage.

Review for Adjustable Squat Wedge Block - Set of 3 Portable Slant Board for Squats, Calf Stretch, Weightlifting & Physical Therapy.Immediately, what I don't like is the pictures make it seem like you're getting a set of two. Essentially this means you need to buy this twice in order to get the full range of angles for both feet.In terms of quality, it feels sturdy and should hold up to heavy lifts. I wasn't able to test the 520 lbs proposed limit but 300+ lbs is no problem. There's fairly decent grip too so slipping shouldn't be an issue if there's good contact with the ground.Overall, it's fairly standard and similar to other products within this category. Just wish the marketing pictures were more clear.

See the pictures showing how they come packaged. The measurements for the squat wedges are 12" x 6 1/2" x 4" for the tallest and the other two 12" x 6 1/2" x 2". There are only three of them (see pic), and the two shorter ones stack on top of each other to be able to use with the tallest one. They are very lightweight and shouldn't be a problem taking them to the gym as they will fit in a average size backpack unless that backpack is already full of gym essential equipment then it would be best to use a duffle bag. It would have been nice if they included a drawstring bag to store and carry them in.I first placed the 2" pair on my hardwood floor and before I stood on both of them I stood on one and tried to slide it across the floor and it did slide a little but when I proceed to stand on one and immediately the other sliding wasn't an issue. So, use caution if using these on a hardwood floor. With my heel on the tallest end (like walking downhill),I proceeded to perform an air squat. I was able to lower myself and get my thighs parallel to the floor and hold that position for several seconds. I normally have issues with squats as I have arthritis in both knees so why I would love to be able to perform the exercise like I could in my high-school days it's just not worth the pain so at the gym I'm normally using the seated leg press machine in place of the traditional squat. To perform the calf raise exercise, I turned the squat wedge blocks around and stood on them with the front of my feet on the tallest part (like walking uphill) and performing the exercise while standing on these really gets a stretch in the calves.I then stacked the 2" ones which kinda interlock since the rectangle traction on the top fits into the same rectangle cutout shape which is at the bottom of both 2" ones but be mindful that they can easily be separated so use caution when getting ready to stand on them.I performed both exercises that I mentioned above, and for the calf raises, I got a really good stretch, especially on the eccentric. In conclusion, this is my first pair of squat wedges, and thanks to these, I'll get to perform the traditional squat moving forward. Be careful when stepping onto the squat blocks if using them on tile or hardwood floors because they tend to slide a little when first stepping on them.

Junk wedge blocks. Went immediately to the trash. Not a pair.

I've never used this type of foam wedge block before, so I don't have a frame of reference to compare to.They definitely feel on the cheaper side, but I expected that going in. I don't expect these to last forever if my kids play with them or throw them around or anything like that. They'll survive most regular use, some bumps, and some drops just fine, but I'm being realistic and not really expecting them to last forever, which I think is reasonably fair for the price. The one thing that's worth pointing out, which I knew when I ordered this, is that there are two different sizes of wedge, but only three total wedges. This means 2 short wedges, and 1 tall wedge. I point this out because even though the text indicates three blocks, the way it's phrased seems a bit misleading to me. My big nitpick here is there isn't anything to say "wedge A is 8.5 degrees, wedge B is 8.5 degrees, and wedge C is 17 degrees". Why is this a problem? The implication as written is that the three wedges are three different sizes, since they say configure "8.5, 17, and 34" which suggests that A, B, and C correspond to each size. If not, then why leave out that you can also configure a 25.5 degree option in between 17 and 34? Not only that, but a lot of the photos show configurations you would need to buy two sets for--which would also be fine if it was clear that it was two sets. (And yes, it is very clear in text that this was a 3-pack, not a 6-pack, but it's also easy to scan through and make a mistake when reading/viewing images, which I would say is the responsibility of the seller to make abundantly clear)Anyway, all that is to say, just be aware of what you're getting. With one purchase, you can use two at 8.5, or two at 17 by stacking 2x8.5 next to the 17 by itself. You cannot use two together in any other (matching) configuration unless you buy a second pack. Again, all of this would be fine, but the marketing leaves enough ambiguous that I thought I should point it out.In terms of use? These things work fine. They don't slip, I feel secure on them, they help with stretching, squats, and other exercises as you'd expect. They're a nice cheap pack especially if you don't need a second pack to raise the height for two side by side--though at some point I probably wouldn't want to stack multiple tall to get there anyway as I do think eventually they would start to be less stable in a tower. All in all I'd definitely recommend this set, but I would also recommend the marketing team reconcile the text description, the photos, and what's actually in the package, for the sake of clarity.
