I've had this product about 2.5 weeks and already it is screeching loudly and instead of making ice nuggets, it is spitting out Shaved ice. NOT a lot of it either...lol so not even good enough for a cup of shaved ice! Would not recommend

I absolutely love my new ice machine. It is bigger, quieter and the ice is softer. Taste is much better than my old ice

This was well worth it, I am satisfied. I purchased one before this one and the basket was so small not much ice and I knew that would not accommodate my family. So this ice maker makes the best ice, the basket is large and we have more than enough ice which lasts us. I would recommend that you go on the companies website and register your ice maker and they will give you extended warranty for a year and it’s free. It you get it from Amazon it cost
