These lawn aerators are great! I simply slip them over my boots and walk around the yard to provide aeration! The spikes are very durable and once you get used to it, it's easy to walk around and give some aeration to your lawn. It's not going to be as good as a full aeration device (where plugs of dirt are removed to provide more ample aeration), but it works well enough and give my lawn a decent amount of breathing and drainage.

I wouldn't say these are the best things I have ever purchased, but they get the job done. Make sure you put them on in the grass. You don't want to wear these on hard surfaces, and there is a chance you could chip concrete, rocks, etc.I love the result of my lawn after aerating it. I walked around the yard for about 20 minutes, the neighbors gave me some odd looks, but this and Big Foot Mycorrhizae are the #1 reason I have the best looking lawn in town.

le produit correspond bien à la description. construction robuste et facile d'utilisation. les attaches ont l'air solides. Facile d'utilisation mais il faut qu'il ait plu suffisamment pour que le terrain soit mouillé en profondeur. Oui c'est bon pour un petit terrain car c'est un peu long pour passer partout. On met nos écouteurs avec de la bonne musique et on fait de l'exercise par la même occasion.

I wear a size 11 mens shoe and it worked perfect with the metal spike sandals. Just follow the instructions. I attached my garden clogs to the spike sandals, then put both on the grass, then just slipped my feet into my garden clogs and started walking.

I've used these around the backyard to help mitagate a drainage issue. They work great as long as you take the time to securly fasten them to your boots/shoes. One came loose on my first go around but that was due to my lack of carefully securing them. No issues since.

Used these on half of my yard and by accident and didn’t get to do the other half of my yard. The half that was aerated is green and beautiful! These are very easy to use although I think the spikes could be a little thicker so the holes in the grass are slightly larger, allowing for more seed and/or fertilizing.

This works but doesn't stay on if your men shoe size is a 13. I had to have my son who's a size 11 wear them and aerate the yard. I should have bought one that has a locking strap for me to use.

When I purchased these, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Well, they are much better than I thought. The straps are strong and are in the right places. You really don't have wear boots to use them. Shoes work just fine. They take a few steps to get used to but after that, no problems. I use them whenever I mow the lawn. To prevent mud from building up on the spikes and the bottoms, I sprayed them with a coating of Sailkote marine lube. They do provide a good leg workout!

If you don't mind looking silly bouncing around on your yard and if you're feet are size 12 or smaller, these should work pretty well for you. I'm a 12 and max out the velcro ankle strap. It should be a couple inches longer. If you have dirt spots in your lawn, expect it to cake on the bottoms of the shoes. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend these for gardens, just lawns. Overall, they work and work pretty well.

I had a lot of brown spots in my yard and i walked around with these while adding seeds and fertilizer. Now I only have a couple of brown spots that really just need more soil.

Bought these to aerate my lawn, it isn't a large lawn but I am very particular about keeping it in great condition. I live on the East Coast and we get very hot summers, in past years my lawn would look fantastic in April, May, June, but come July, it would dry out and brown. I did some research online and wanted to give the aerating a try. Received these shoes, they are a bit large (I wear a women's size 7) but they worked out well when I put on my rain boots. They do give you a great workout in your legs. All I had to do was put in the laces and that was all of the assembly that was required. The seller reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the product. That was very nice. I highly recommend these shoes. Hoping that aerating my lawn does the trick and keeps it green all summer long!!
