This is made quite well, sturdy and pretty color. Love the little open on the front cover to put a picture or something else in. I'm using it as a place to put an autograph trading card in. The sleeves are made so it's top loading, which makes putting items in very easy.

The cover is fabric and I can imagine that overtime and overuse will cause some discoloration--any fabric will do that. The plastic inserts accomodate 11.5X11 well and are of fair quality. For the price, I will buy again if needed.

I bought a couple of these to make memory books. Sleeves are easy to fill with 8 1/2 x 11 photos and documents.The front cover photo insert is quite stiff. I found it easier to insert a photo if I took out the clear plastic insert, then put the photo and insert in together.
