I noticed that some of these 3 way barrel swivels are slightly bent causing them to not turn freely. This results in tangles when the bait spins and the swivel does not. I estimate that only about 5% are defective. When I tie my rigs I examine the swivels and throw out the ones that look bent or don’t turn easily. A little quality control would help this but would add cost. So it’s a compromise. I would buy these again and continue to screen them and throw away the defective ones. Still a good deal if you can put up with the hassle.

Strong and good enough for a few uses, however, not suitable for salt water. Will rust and loose strength or even break of after a few uses. Even when rinsed with fresh water after use.

Came with 52 but the two extras were broken and I was a bit concerned but let me tell you that they hold up well. Used it to pull in a 15lb catfish who was hung up pretty good and it held strong. I would definitely buy again but I have 50 and won’t need more for a long while
