As a fan and ambiance it's great. The sister however worked for about 2 hours and now won't turn on. The control lights for the mister just blink at me. The instruction that came with it dont have a troubleshoot section either. But it works as a fan.

Very SHOCKED to come back from another room, after 1 hr of using this item , to a very wet surroundings! Followed instructions verbatim , in a 14’x23 room, on second fan/ temp control! Tom was Not cooler , only wet, as in table , and portable room cooler ,& floor ! Would like to return but now the item must dry out completely before any shipping of any kind ! I think mold might just become a problem if it monitored and kept dry inside , and if you need a hair dryer to fry it out, well, it can not be doing much cooling !

Some of the merchandise I’m purchasing for Amazon I don’t usually write a review. I purchased this merchandise cause I thought it’s gonna be good. First I purchased it for $69.99. I received the package. I didn’t open it right away cause I’m planning to open it when it’s summertime. I just opened it a couple of days ago because our temperature here in Chicago sunny and hot 89°. I followed the instruction I plug it in didn’t work. I went to a different switch still didn’t work, it means it’s broken. I called Amazon and she’s nice giving me a replacement for the next day. I returned it to the next day.I got the merchandise yesterday, May 17, 2025 today I turned it on follow the destruction and it works. I was looking for the remote. Then I saw the remote is broken at the back of the remote.It’s not supposed to be perfect but it should work so I called the Amazon. They are nice for giving me a 10% money back from my original purchase, but the remote is useless. This is nice if the air cooler is working with the remote so you don’t need to get up just to turn off the machine or to turn it on. That’s why the remote is there.Then now while I’m talking to the Amazon Customer Service, the original price of this air cooler is $99.99 it went down to $69.99 when I went to purchase it and guess what now is $48.89 this manufacture is cheater not good company if you’re planning to buy this because it’s cheap don’t waste your money. It’s not good. Just find something that expensive and it works even though it’s expensive sometimes you need to read the review because this merchandise is already expensive for buying for $69.99 not worth itEven a replacement there’s a sound of cracking when doing the oscillating don’t good. Don’t buy this product.

I couldn’t be happier with this little air conditioner! It’s compact, quiet, and super efficient. I use it in my bedroom, and it cools the space down in no time—even during those really hot afternoons. It arrives assembled, and the remote control is a nice bonus. I also love that it’s energy-efficient and doesn’t spike my electricity bill. If you’re looking for a reliable AC for a small room, this is definitely the one to get!

This is such a great little machine! It cools a small area better than anything I’ve used. Just add some ice water and you’re good to go! It’s small and very lightweight, but packs a punch! You will need a usb charging block with enough power to make it run, but we all have tons of those. Very pleased with this product
