I live in Florida and I have an attic that does not have A/C. During a good chunk of the year, it gets incredibly hot up there and it is miserable to go up there for any reason. I got this as a temporary fix until we can renovate the area. It's little, but I'm surprised at how much of a difference it makes. If I know I will need to be up there for more than a few minutes, I will set this up ahead of time and it makes it much more manageable. I've had other fans going before (and I still do) but this is an added level of cool that has helped immensely. When I do finally get A/C up there, I plan to hang on to this. Ya never know when the house A/C will go out or it could come in handy camping. Worth the minimal spend here for this added relief from the heat.

I used this while I'm working when the ceiling fan was not enough to cool the room. I use this directly on my desk while it's plugged in to my Laptop and it immediately cools me when I need it the most.The size is perfect between the cooling you get out of it for the size.The remote is really a great feature that makes it really convenient.its safe as the blades are enclosed so there is zero chance of getting any injuriesit has 3 fan speeds and 3 cooling settings. It also has lights that you can turn on and off which was a cool surprise.Just plug in it add ice and water and you are good to go !
