These really didn't work for me! I followed the directions! QR Code was used as well as the device binding code - The directions that are so so tiny in very tiny manual was unclear. It would be helpful to have a more detailed operational manual to follow because there are difference choices in terms of how to speak/listen and translate on the app / program. I did get it work a few times, but not consistently. So, that's why I am returning - The fit is comfortable though and the design is sleek but I need it to work on a consistent basis
