These earbuds does not work. You have to be really up close and the person has to be almost yelling in order for it to translate properly. The only reason I gave it is star is because I had to give it at least one started to do a review.

Decent headphones. The translation features take time to set up and are a little lacking though. It requires an app to be open so you might as well just use google translate. They have decent options in how you translate stuff as in you can have two people each have an earbud and only translate for eachother. You also have to have the languages selected so it’s useless if you can’t figure out what language it is and one language at a time. The mic is a little finicky and doesn’t work sometimes, might be using it wrong somehow which points to some design flaws. I’m keeping them because the headphone quality is good but if I ever get translation headphones, it’ll be in a few years when they’re more advanced and work faster with better microphones. Oh and it’s a Chinese product with a Chinese translator app so possibly not safe to install, I’m actually going to delete it after writing this just to be safe
