This organizer can help organize handbags or anything vertical. The vertical panels lock into the slits on the bottom, but the tops move back and forth a bit. They can lean over far enough to touch the next vertical piece. That can make a little bit more room for a larger bag if a thinner bag is next to it and hopefully that means they are not so rigid, and won't break easily.The dimensions are as stated. There is a 0.75" area on the left and right sides before the first/last vertical slat. That means there could be 1.5" of unusable space. If the organizer is against the wall on both sides, I can put a thin purse or wallet there.There slots for the vertical panels are as shown, so make sure the slot sizes make sense for your needs.

I have closets with wire shelving and I was unable to get the two part to be stable when connected. The dividers are also a bit flimsy so unless the purse is very small or has a wider flat bottom they tend to lean a bit. I can see this working better on a solid surface with no wires but even then the divers would still be a bit flimsy. I originally tried it with binders because it said that it worked with books. The binders were too tall and tipped the dividers over. I decided to try it with purses and it was fine

Too small!!!! All of my bags are medium sized… If I used all four dividers, no purses would fit in the narrow slot, not one! so therefore I had to omit at least one divider, which means each section only hold two purses… Very disappointing!!! I have dozens and dozens of purses which just means I would have to buy four or five more!!! Not worth the money!!

Originally I wanted to use this for my closet to store boxes or purses in there, but I noticed my husband's books on our coffee table and decided to use it for that. This was absolutely perfect! He originally had paper weight set up to divide his books by what he wanted to read versus what he read, and there are dividers where you can place wherever.This was super easy to set up without instructions and it was easy sliding the dividers in to fit my husband's books. It's a lot more organized and looks cleaner - granted I did not use all the dividers, so I left them in it's own section since my husband's books didn't fill it up completely.Definitely will purchase in the future when I'm organizing my items!

This purse organizer can be used for more than purses. I use it for my books, binders, headphone cases, posters (folded up), bags, etc. It is easy to attach the two sections together and easy to slide the dividers in where you want them. The clear material allows me to see exactly what is in each partition. The dividers are tall enough and strong enough to hold my books and binders, although I would not put extra heavy books in there because the dividers may not be strong enough for that.
