At first it worked great but with in 2 hrs of using it. It started leaking water from the reservoir, and the lower the water gets in the reservoir the worse it leaks.I have tried many ways to try and stop it from leaking but no avail in the end.So in the end, i regret buying this itemIf I could put zero stars, I would.

This makes our life so much easier. Just knowing that our cat has clean water to drink when we leave her alone at home, we also know that this will help her with her health in a long run. Having clean water is one of the necessity for a healthy pet. I highly recommend.

I was drawn to this AIERSA fountain because of the "filterless" claim, but my real motivation? Let's just say my previous filtered fountain sometimes doubled as an unintended insect collection bowl. Despite the filter, finding tiny unwelcome guests made me question how fresh the water really was. This fountain's approach is refreshingly different (pun intended).Instead of just circulating water, this fountain actually dumps the old water from the bowl into a separate waste tank and then refills it with completely fresh water from the clean reservoir. I currently have it set to do this glorious water swap twice a day (though you can adjust the frequency and amount). Knowing my cat is getting a truly fresh serving each time, without me worrying about recycled fly-water, is fantastic peace of mind.Now, is it whisper-quiet? Not exactly. When it performs the dump-and-refill cycle, there's definitely a noticeable sound of things happening – water moving, maybe a gentle pump noise. But honestly, it's brief and not bothersome. Plus, my cat quickly learned the sound means fresh water is available, so it kind of acts like a dinner bell!Setup was straightforward, and cleaning is simple thanks to the easily detachable tanks and bowl. I haven't run into any issues with battery life; it holds a charge well for my needs and powers back up quickly. While I saw some concerning reviews online before buying, my own experience with this unit has been completely positive and reliable.The ultimate verdict? The cat loves it. She uses it consistently, and I'm pretty sure my approval rating in her eyes has gone up slightly. If you're tired of fishing things out of filtered bowls and love the idea of scheduled, genuinely fresh water refills for your furry overlord, this AIERSA fountain is definitely worth considering. It works well, it's easy to manage, and most importantly, it's cat-approved!
