I havenโt set the โsprinklerโ up yet. I noticed after I received it, that the tape on the box had been opened. The user manual had gotten wet, and the plastic โOโ ring was dirty. The hose had obviously been used. There was dirt inside the bag and a chip on the sprinkler itself. It had obviously been used, returned and then sold and shipped to me at full cost as a โNewโ item. I donโt even know if it works. Iโd like to know how I can go about returning this item and getting a new unused one. Iโd even settle for a partial refund for a โusedโ product.

Edited - I was finally able to tighten the fitting and we are back in business. My pup begs for this every time we go outside!Pup loves this but it started leaking and spewing after only a few uses. There may be a way to tighten the fitting but I haven't been able to.
