Deserves Zero StarsFilter basket holes are too big so everything goes right back into the pool. Only suitable for large particles I have tried pool socks, bag filters for other machines, everything on the inside to pick up sand and dirt but it’s just junk.

You will need to purchase an extension pole separately for any water deeper than 3 ft. It picked up leaves and litter great. It was not what we needed and customer service was very responsive and helpful. They replaced it at no additional charge! They even followed up to see how we liked the new machine and were extremely responsive. We have not had a chance to try out the new vacuum yet but I anticipate that it will work great.

I really love this vacuum, It is very well built with the heavy feel and not cheap plastic. I wish it came with a pole to attach to the unit for the deep end. I just use the one for my net. I really like the charging base and how well this vacuum sucks up the dirt. I usually use the high speed but it works great on the low speed also. I like the dirt basket instead of a bag, makes it easier to spray clean. Get this unit while it has a promo and coupon code you won't be sorry

Purchase this pool cleaner to replace a $299.00 master blaster that only lasted a year. Motor went up in the Master Blaster commercial grade. Thought I would give this company a try. Customer service was outstanding. Had a small issue with unit. Company went out their way to correct. Will be buying future products from this company . Not so much for the Master blaster company. Would highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

Added the Pilot H2 to go with my Scuba S1. First of all the H2 can do the job all by itself! The packaging was best I’ve seen, no way it was getting damaged in shipment. Took less than a minute to assemble. The suction power is top notch. The fine filter picks up everything. Cleaning and reassembling fast and easy. Charging was fast and can clean my whole pool easily on one charge. Only improvement I see needed is the V Clip, the heads are rounded and too small to keep attached to extension pole, same was with hook for Scuba S1. I replaced with new one and no issues but that’s not enough reason for me not to still rate as 5 star. Highly recommend it by itself or even better as a combo with the Scuba S1!

I like that it does suck some debris but I bought it because it said it sucks even very small micro stuff did not. But sand and some debris it does.

This is the quick cleanup answer when company comes over to swim unexpectedly. This thing is so quiet and efficiently picks up debris collecting in the pool. I like I can attach a telescoping handle to it so I don't gave to always get in to vacuum. My only wish is that that collecting bin was a bit bigger. Not a lot of room between the intake to the bin and the bin wall. Leaves get stuck there and are a challenge to remove. Overall, a 5-star pool vac!

Item was packaged extremely well from manufacturer. Have o ly used it once since receiving it but pi kedup more debris than I even saw on pool floor. Easy to clean filter basket and to reassemble. Would recommend this product
