Tried using this to make exactly 4 frozen tater tots and 3 frozen chicken nuggets. Used "Air fry" setting with temp at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and set the "shake" feature for halfway shaking (5 minutes). At the halfway time the ENTIRE air fryer was EXTREMELE HOT! I mean so hot that I could not get the basket out without using hand mitts. I purchased this to use in our RV and there is NO NO way I'm using this in our RV. I recently purchased a Cosori 6 quart Turbo Blaze (for the house) and gave it 2 stars because it has so much power that it keeps sucking up the parchment paper and causing the parchment to burn. But the few times I have used the Cosori is has remained COOL to SLIGHTLY warm to the touch even at 400 degrees for a lot longer than 5 minutes. I would rather use the Cosori without parchment paper than use the Beelicious Fire hazard.UPDATE:I got an email from Amazon that stated I received a message from the seller. When I read the message from seller they state they received my email saying the Air fryer was "Defective". I messaged seller back telling them that did not send them an email and I NEVER used the word defective. I did NOT even contact the seller directly at all. I did post a product question to see if anyone else had a problem with this air fryer getting Extremely Hot on the outside surfaces? I also gave the above review about the outside surfaces getting HOT. The word "Defective" is NOT in my original review (as you can see) and it was NOT in my posted question. I do NOT know if this air fryer is defective. If it IS normal for this air fryer to get very hot on the outside surfaces than it is not defective. The product manual does state that the outside surface does get hot. I just needed to know how hot is too hot for the outside surface.Second UPDATE:So I received another message from the seller to make sure it is away from walls or anything blocking air flow. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried cooking the again 4 frozen tots and 3 chicken nuggets on "Airfry setting". Made sure it was over 12" away from any walls or anything to block ventilation. The outside temperature did go down slightly after 5 minutes of cooking the sides and basket front was still reading 128 to 129 Fahrenheit. The top of the air fryer read 110 Fahrenheit.. Still in my opinion far too hot on the outside.

It's a nice machine. Cooking is nice. Clean up a drag but I don't like cleaning any dishes.
