works as it should...only problem i have is some of the display lights went out in about 7 to 8 weeks...not many...maybe 2...still works but i would have liked to have a full display on the control panel...

Received item and a clip was broken to basket and it had a slight dent in side. I contacted customer service and they shipped me another whole unit. So far o like the 2 baskets. Thanks for the replacement

I've had this product about 6 weeks. I love how quiet it is and the dual cooking function. It's set up so your food is ready at the same time, which is great. I also like that it beeps halfway through the cooking process to remind you to turn your food. The fryer has preset options of items to cook, however, there isn't an option for frozen pre-made items like chicken nuggets, or taquitos, etc. My biggest issue is that the display has began to malfunction. The numbers have began to dim or completely burn out and are not completely legible. It's inconvenient, but too much of a hassle to replace. I would purchase again, but if it began to have display issues, I'd switch to another brand.
