Install was easy. Overall manufacturing quality was a bit rough. I feel like the throttle body whistles the way you would after you knock a tooth out playing ball. It’s unexpected and embarrassing. And if you like that sound save the money and have someone knock a tooth out for you. I feel like I’ve actually lost some power and it seems it’s now stopping acceleration and shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear..and then whistles..and I’m looking for a vacuum hose leak…and more unwanted whistling. Save your money. I’ll be returning.

I recently replaced with mud tires and I felt the drag when accelerating due to the weight of the tires. After installing the spacer, it felt lighter. Definitely, there is a gain. The only thing I don't like is the air leak. Not sure if this normal.

Well in my opinion this product is well worth it. I did have a few codes pop after installing but nothing your local car parts store can't clear out on their code reader in the parking lot. The truck was sensing to much air and I had to do a throttle body relearn procedure. This was due to me because I cleaned the Throttle body unit and messed with the flap or Valve inside...Anyway I have had it installed on my truck for about 4 weeks now and !WOW! The throttle response is much better and I can feel more low end tork for sure. I ended up gaining around 1.5 more MPG's so needless to say I'm happy with it. The spacer sounds pretty darn good too! Just take your time and do it right. I did use a small bead of RTV Blue gasket sealer to unsure a better seal because I noticed a small leak from my factory O-Ring. Just personal preference...

I was hesitant on this purchase but figured “why not” install was less than 30 minutes, and it took awhile to notice a difference but I did notice a quicker response and quicker “pickup” when flying down the highway. I believe it works as it should, although I haven’t noticed an increase in gas mileage yet because I am still hot rodding around.

I won't lie I bought this because I love a good whistle sound coming out of my engine bay. I have many modifications on my 2011 Frontier which help it to produce the whistle sound. It is not very loud (which is nice) but at the right RPM's (2,600-3,400) it sounds great. It is not a huge power adding product but it smooths out the airflow into the engine which is noticeable when hard on the gas. Overall if your into modifying your vehicles you will love a good Throttle body spacer. It was easy to install and I have been using it for 6+ Months with nothing but love for Airaid and this spacer. (Prime) just makes it that much better.

Works great on my 2010 xterra, only took 15 min to install... i also have a intake manifold spacer that made a huge difference in MPG, and a volant intake... the throttle body spacer makes a whistle sound when ur on the gas normal, but u can't hear it when ur on the gas hard cuz of how loud my intake is. . But im happy i got it.. im sure it will make my gas mileage even better..

The Poweraid spacer works well with my 07 Xterra. I have used it for 3 months now. I have seen some fuel economy improvement despite the winter weather, only 1-2 mpg. The thing that i like most about it is that the throttle response of my Xterra seems more even across the entire range of driving. It gives a smoother acceleration than before i installed this product.This Poweraid is the only aftermarket part on my Xterra so it is definitely this product that made the change.
