This foot rest is advertised to be used in an airplane. I think it would be unacceptably rude to strap that onto the person’s seat in front of you. There is no way a person could be respectful and not jostle the seat in front of you.I ordered it thinking I’d find a way to attach it to the work van while I’m a passenger. I can’t find a way to attach it at all.

My legs started to relax as soon as I placed them into this foot hammock. I was surprised by the quick tendency to relax. The foot board is plenty rigid to hold both my feet/legs. This foot hammock weighs slightly less than advertised at 7.95 ounces, including the storage bag. The size is approximately per the written product dimensions, though my measured folded thickness was closer to 1-1/2" vs the advertised 1.18". The pictures in the product description show this is 8 inches wide. That is incorrect - it is 6-3/8" wide, which actually makes it easier to use with more tightly spaced seats. The 23" length shown in the product pictures is the approximate full length when laid out flat. The actual foot board length is 8-1/2", and is fine to fit both my feet (size 9) at the same time. The memory foam is on both the side ears and foot base, and is about 1 cm thick. The padded material is breathable and non-slippery so it helps hold your foot/legs in position without slipping. The padded side ears contribute noticeably to leg comfort. The outer fabric is smooth polyester so it cleans easily, if needed. The strap buckle engages well and holds with no issues. The single point strap mount on each side is solidly stitched and provides easy angle tilt to match leg/foot angle. There is an adequate amount of strap length adjustability with the maximum strap length being 50". I would prefer to see about 10" more strap length. The strap is fairly lightweight 1" wide strapping. The strap length adjuster is plastic and holds strap position well. I have had no issues with strap slippage through the adjuster. The rigid footboard is removable via a zippered opening for hammock laundering. All stitching is clean and tight. There are no raw fabric exposed edges - all edges are taped. There is a slight 'plastic' smell when fit opened, but I did not find it too strong. Aside from the errors/inconsistencies in the product description dimensions, this foot hammock is pretty much as described and I find it to be surprisingly comfortable to use.

When I first tried it out something snapped but looking closer I think it was just the extra length of strap after you tighten it at the buckle but I’m not positive. It works! I had to try it based on hanging it from the back of a chair while sitting in a chair behind it. The straps are made of that hard webbed material so I believe it won’t break. The place where you put your feet is a level sort of board so your feet aren’t smooshed together. I put some weight on it to see how it held up and there were no problems. There’s several pretty colors to choose from and the process is unbelievable. This is going to be an excellent product for my upcoming trips.

This isn't really a fault of the product but when I flew last week I took this with me. I tried to use it but there wasn't enough leg room to even bother with it. It seems like a good idea but it didn't work. I'll keep it and try to figure out another way to use it.

The foot rest is well built and is quick and easy to deploy. There is a lot of padding making long haul trips a bit more comfortable.Pros:Good constructionSolid platformremovable platform - via a zippered pouchLots of foam and cushion.Easy to washConsSmall size platform, could be a problem for larger feet.Overall this is a good quality foot rest it is light weight and easy to store. If you're traveling coach do yourself a favor and add this to your kit.

I Like that it comes with its own travel bag.Size is very convenient as it won't take any much space in your carry-on, purse, or backpack while traveling.Fabric is very soft and comfy on the side where you put your feet or leg to rest.There's a hidden zipper on the side, when you open it you can take off the rigid square board.Now I enjoy even more being on my porch till late using this footrest without being worried of cramps or muscle spasms.My legs feel relaxed using this footrest for long hours.Pros:-Comfortable-Quality of Fabric-Soft padded fabric-Size for traveling-For Multiple UsesCons:-None that I can think of.
