Had a little bit of an unusual odor the first time I used it, even though I had washed the inside of it very well prior. The main issue though is the end that plugs into the machine does not fit properly. It works, but it seems that it is just a tiny bit too large of a diameter in order to push it fully into my machine. It almost feels that if I were to force it all the way in it would either become permanently stuck or that something would break. I’ve been using it for about a week and a half and at this point seems to be doing its job.

The hose connection is too large for the Airsense 10. The connection prongs are also too small compared to the original tube. Don't waste your time or money for false advertising! THIS WILL NOT FIT YOUR AIRSENSE 10!

It’s the first replacement hose since I bought this cpap machine in 2018. It fits and stays in place, so no complaints. But, it’s a piece of plastic, so I can’t really gush about, you know!? Just sayin.

I had stepped on my hasted hose for my Air sense 10 CPAP machine and needed to replace. These suckers aren't cheap.
