This is perfect for my smaller cast-iron skillet especially when cooking eggs and also can use to help clean the pan afterwards. I’m very happy with this purchase and I’m grateful that it comes with two so that I have one for the future.

Seems to have a coating on it, maybe shellac? It’s really skinny too, not good for browning meat but great for stirring

These wooden spatulas are nicely made - well finished and smooth. I love the natural wood. They are a great size and shape to be useful for many cooking or baking needs. These have become my go-to utensils when cooking and they're easy to keep clean. I'm very happy with them. I would definitely purchase again and they would also make a nice gift.
