The bag is fairly well constructed. It feels like it will possibly withstand use for a few years. However, the insert to be placed at the bottom of the bag does not fit. It is too big, and curls up on the edges, making it difficult to place albums in the bag. Using the bottom insert reduces the number of albums that can fit in the bag. The description says it will hold 40 albums. Even without the divider and the bottom inserted in the bag, it is difficult to fit 40 albums in it. It fits about 30 albums with the divider, and a few more, without it.

I love love this bag. I use it to purchase and travel with records while traveling abroad. Super lightweight, has lots of space for other things besides your records, and looks great when you carry it around. I strongly recommend this bag to any vinyl record collector.

While we’ve enjoy our records at home, I was surprised when my wife indicated that she’d like a record player for our RV and I should bring a different selection of albums for each trip! I’m happy to oblige, but the only LP case I’ve ever owned was purchased in the 70s and fell apart many years ago.I was looking for the same hard sided one I purchased back then, but didn’t find it and since the compact record player we take on the road doesn’t have space for accessories like record cleaners or extra needles, I wanted a design which could hold the accessories as well as albums. This is a great way to hold the different albums we want to travel with and easily swap them out each trip, while keeping the accessories in place.
