Nothing worked well, controls were awful and it has an awful "antenna" for the radio thats really just a cord, you cant get good radio with it

This clock is a piece of junk. Build quality is poor, the item is very lightweight and plasticky. The wireless charging only works intermittently which sucks as that is the main reason I purchased this clock for a guest room. The instructions are so poorly written that you can tell English was not the first language of the writer, the buttons react if you even lightly brush across one and then you have to wait for that command to clear before you can select the button you actually want. Lastly and most frustrating, setting and unsetting an alarm is BEYOND confusing. I am outside my return window so this clock is going in the trash. The Amazon rating let me down on this one, don't let it happen to you.

I received this clock on April 28th. Everything worked great at first until about two weeks ago. Wireless doesn't work any longer and I'm very disappointed. The main reason I purchased this clock was for the wireless charging feature. I plan to look into returning....

Company was proactive in following up on my initial review. The clock will not charge if you use a protective Otterbox case on your phone. It worked without the case, but who wants to remove the protection from damage. Hopefully the engineers will continue to innovate.

I had been wanting a Radio clock since a year now, never really got to it untill now. This Radio clock is exactly what I needed. Light weight, Charges phone. Easily tunes to any radio station, Volume control and Alarm so easy to set up.I kept it on my kitchen counter. Am able to see time, clearly across the living room

Not only is the instruction manual confusing - bad translation from Chinese - but the touch control buttons have too many functions to enable clear control of settings. It is nearly impossible to program radio stations. The alarm control could not deactivate the alarm, so it would go off each morning unintentionally. Trying to adjust anything in the dark invariable led to touching the wrong button or wrong sequence of buttons, thereby causing something else to fail or to go on. The engineering design is a complete failure for the user experience.

This is a cool little clock radio. All the features are very convenient. It matches my needs at my office. The “Chinese” instructions are a little hard to follow but a little experimentation will get you set up! Everything works as described.
