Production Process
Prepare Time
Apply the material you want use,such as rice or grains, fruits
Cutting up larger fruit,remove large pit.
Mashing
Stir together all of the wine making ingredient.Except for the wine yeast
Grains converting into a liquid known as mash
Fermentation
Sprinkle yeast over the mash in the fermentation pot.
Yeast converts sugar to carbon dioxide and alcohol.
4~7 days fermentation is essential.
Distilling
Pour the mash in mesh bag.
The high proof spirits like vodka will come out
Brew time 1~5 hours.(Depend the material you use)

This unit is total garbage. You’re better off spending a little more money and building one from scratch. The condenser on this thing is total trash, and I was able to build a better one out of some copper line and a broken coffee pot. If you pay for this garbage like I did, you’ll get what you deserve….like I did.

Things don’t fit together to be of any use. Copper tube is smaller diameter than pictured Cheap cheap everything Only thing that was useful was the stainless pot and lid. I remade everything else in the kit. Water pump is trash. Kit is Not really functional It would look good collecting dust on a shelf as a display. I wish I never bought this I should have just bought a stainless pot Not worth the money !!!! Not recommended !!!! Beware

Genuine piece of you know what. I spent three hours working on this pile of junk. Then I luckily realized the condenser leaked and would have sprayed alcohol vaper all over the place and blown up. The instructions were awful as well. And the unit was not like the one in the pictures or on the very poor YouTube video which was referred to in the instructions. The seller had the nerve to request everyone give him/her a five star rating. Give me a break. The seller should have spent much more time working on exact instructions as to what to do and what not to do. I figured it out, but the copper condenser was definitely shipped cracked. How messed up is that? Oh, and maybe include a couple extra of these little bittie teeny parts that can easily get dropped or misplaced, that would be thoughtful. If I would have been willing to spend even more time, I could have welded the copper condenser tube and patched it up. Maybe. Probably. But why should I have to do that? This is a cheap, cheap still. There are actually YouTube videos of a guy who got a Chinese still to work, with a lot of alterations and adjustments. So many that he even made a video of it. I sent the still and ordered a great American, handmade copper still. It was four times the price, but you gotta spend more than $169, or you’ll be sorry.

Overall I think it's a great product however it's slightly different than what is pictured in the assembly instructions. It took a little bit of ingenuity to put together but all in all I still believe it to be a very good product.
