It is a waste of your money, I was able to get into my hot tub three times! I cannot get a refund. People please do not buy.

Do not buy this product the heater went out in less than 2 weeks and customer service is horrible! I couldn't physically return the product and have them fix it for me they're going to make me do it myself

Tub arrived quickly, beware it weighs 56 lb or so! I've had it running for 2 days is working great. There was a small air leak on the one fitting that tightened up no problem once we figured out that it could be tightened. Customer service from the people that manufactured the tub was not very much help and we figured it out on our own. I filled it with hot water from the bathroom faucet and was able to get right into it when it was filled to the correct height. Didn't look very big but once we got into it there was plenty of room for two. Very relaxing and comfortable with the soft sides and a cushioned bottom. So far so good!

I have only had this hot tub up and running for 2 weeks and the heater has already stopped working. This is not a quality product.

Figured out how to deflate my Aleka 145 gal inflatable spa my only problem is getting the little bit of air trapped in it out to folding it tight enough to put the storage bag over it to pack it away pretty much the way it came when it was delivered? Anyone has any had any luck doing so i appreciate some info! Oh my next step was taking out the shop vac and try vacuuming out the air in hopes that might do the trick? I’ll let everyone know how that turns out!

The first day this held temp great. We have it set at 104 in order to be at therapeutic temps for my chronic pain. This morning when I went to get in, the unit was at 95, which is far too cold for me and offers no pain relief at this temp. I just checked the unit and it is now sitting at 88. I have contacted the seller and am really hoping to be able to update this review because I have such high hopes for this unit.

I have to admit that it is much better than I expected for an inflatable hot tub! The water took quite a while to heat up (almost 24 hours in 50-ish Fahrenheit lows) but is holding its temperature nicely. The instructions say to change the water every couple of days, which would make my power bill go through the roof, I think, but I am hoping that keeping the water treated, as I would in a "real" hot tub, will allow me to not have to change it that often. The bubbles are much stronger than I expected, and I like that they time out after about half an hour, because it tells me it is time to get out. Installation was easy. The cover is a bit difficult to put on/take off. I ended up just unclipping two of the buckles and folding the cover back a bit when I use it, and that works. The hot tub immediately developed (or already had) a very slow leak, as it is on my upper deck and it is dripping onto the ground below. At first, I hoped it was just water that had spilled over or leaked from the hose that I filled it with, but the drip continues and the water level in the tub is slowly going down. I can't find the leak, so I am guessing it is near the bottom somewhere. I don't want it sitting on my deck, keeping the wood wet 24/7, so I will likely dismantle it and set it up where it can sit on concrete or the ground.Ultimately, when you compare the cost of this to the cost of a more permanent hot tub, it is much better than I expected, and if it weren't for the leak, I would definitely give it five stars. It is much too cumbersome to empty it, deflate it, and send it back, and the leak is small, so I will live with it and/or try to find and patch it down the road.I would likely not buy another one after this one gives up the ghost, but it was a good chance to find out that I like having a hot tub without investing in the cost of a more permanent one.

I had high hopes for this product, so needless to say I was extremely disappointed that after taking the time to put it all together, inflate, and fill with water... that the tub started deflating slowly and looked like the images attached in less than an hour. I checked the air intake, and the caps were on tightly. I even added plumbers' tape around the threading to ensure no air was escaping... so apparently there was a leak somewhere else and one that was slow enough that I could not find via inspection visually or audibly. I returned the product and was going to order a replacement and give this product/Company another change (thinking maybe I just had a "defective" one) ... but then I saw other comments of similar issue (and heater issues) so there is no way I am going to go through this again, waste a lot of water, time, effort and money on a product that is not well made and likely to have issues regardless. I would rather just invest in a higher quality jacuzzi that will last.
