I received this file inside an undamaged box. When I opened it, it was dented and askew so the drawer wouldn't open or close. There was a block of cement (12" x 12" by 1.5") moving freely around inside the file cabinet during shipping. That is what caused all the internal damage as I noticed the top damage was bulged up. Meaning, the cement block was banging against the top from the inside. Bad design on the block retaining system. The drawer was askew from additional damage. I have a friend who has done body work so he will help me on the repairs. I can't send it back. I destroyed the shipping material. You really ought to pass this comment on to your designers. I will never buy from this company again. Their R&D or Packaging Engineers don't know how to properly test their products for shipping. The block of cement, designed for counter weighting when the file drawers were open, had slipped out of its retention sleeve.
