Wondered how to get that extra push now when everyone else is on 10 I will be on 11 !

The numbers all go to 11, across the board. Most only go up to 10. That makes these 1 louder. Most folks will be playing at 10, all the way up, where do you go from there? Nowhere. So now if you need that extra push over the cliff, you put it up to 11. 1 louder. Some may say 'why not make 10 louder, make 10 be the top number, and make that be a little louder?' And you can tell them that these go to 11.
