I had this phone put in my office.We bought 10 phones. Lots of problems. Very poor call quality. We have a very nice installer/agent, but we are very unsatisfied with these phones. Recently, I had a high pitch deafening screech come through the earpiece. Office staff members in two other offices heard the screech even though the earpiece was right up against my ear!!My installer cannot help out with the screeching. No phone earpiece should be able to put out so loud a sound. I hope my hearing recovers.Also, the buttons for dialing numbers are very small and for some reason, if you do not dial a number quickly enough, the call fails.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SYSTEM. I wish we still had our old AVAYA system!!
