El proveedor se ha portado genial, el problema es que viene desde UK y aduanas y UPS dan bastante problema, en concreto tengo un telefono que no funciona, el proveedor lo ha enviado muy rapido sin problemas, pero la aduana pone problemas al indicar que no se puede importar algo a coste cero, en fin burocracia pura y dura, el proveedor, se ha portado genial y siempre atento, esperemos lo podamos resolver

It would had been nice if amazon stated that it came with bt.com logo and configuration. I was able to remove it by going to yealink website and upgrading the firmware. After doing that it works.

Il s’agit d’un bon produit, rebadgé BT au lieu de Yealink mais c’est courant et sans problème.Attention cette série a été arrêté par Yealink et donc plus aucun support n’est fourni, ni aucune mise à jour. Donc les téléphones ne sont pas garantis de fonctionner sur des plateformes récentes.Je mets 3 étoiles car ce n’est PAS précisé par le vendeur, et j’ai donc perdu du temps…Sinon RAS sur le téléphone c’est du Yealink c’est fiable et très bien.

Quand j'avais lu que c'était des téléphones reconditionnés je m'attendais à des téléphones neufs mais pas dans leur emballage habituel. Il en était rien les téléphones étaient raillés et déjà utilisés avec en plus un des téléphones équipé d'un pied non adaptable sur ce model de téléphone. Bref je ne rachèterai plus par ce vendeur.
