I needed something to plug my acoustic into looper pedal. It was cheap enough to try out, easy enough to install, just remember to adjust pickup height so its closer to strings. If you dont want to mess about with soldering components and just want a cheap option to run acoustic through amp or looper, it works OK. Albeit a bit quiet!
