Bad quality. Trying to rotate the part to unlock the tuner immediately made it fall of. Tried in a second one, same thing happen.The actual tuning mechanism works and rotates smoothly. The locking part SUCKS making irrelevant the quality of the rest.For the value is not really worth it to send it back and forth to get a refund. Will trash and buy from a more reliable brand.On the bright side, the communication with this vendor is quick and smooth, so will still buy other stuff from them.Stay away from this specific product though.

Mi spiace dirlo, perchè di questo marchio ho acquistato altro senza nessun problema, ma questo prodotto è davvero PESSIMO. Mai viste delle autobloccanti che al momento dell'accordatura si svitano rilasciando la corda. Gioco che non permette un'accordatura stabile, pessima finitura, scattano o girano a vuoto. Farò sicuramente il reso.

Not good. The tuning pegs are difficult to turn, and the locking peg can’t even hold the high E to tune it up. It just pops out when you tune.Dont bother. Rubbish.
