I originally got the wrong size. Be thoughtful. The string hole didn't show. I got frustrated and put them on the shelf. Then months later I decided to contact the company and get the right ones. They told me to return them for credit and directed me to the correct ones. Now my Fender Parlor guitar is set up! Great feel and function. The company was very generous and helpful!!

Work great but wonder why the Grover tuners that came stock with my guitar were so poor - needed to be replaced almost right off the bat for subpar quality.

Bait and switch. These are not the tuners that are advertised. Nowhere does it say they are for an open slotted headstock. I knew somethimg was wrong when I got them and contacted the seller. They said they had them for 2 years. Now I realize they just off-loaded them on me. I had to move in the interim. Ince I got to my new place and pit them on I realized they were completely wring for a dreadnaught. When I didn't get grommets to fit over the tuning post to stabilize it on the headstock. I figured something was up also. They should have refunded my money as I wanted to do that but they assured me I had the right product. Because I was busy moving I let it slide. Return deadline passed by a day and now I am stuck with something that doss not fit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Deceitful.

I used these tuners as a replacement for the stock ones front my Aria Sinsonido silent guitar. The feeling of precision is highly improved, both on tightening and releasing, andthe apparent gear adds a nice vintage look!It is not so easy to find good side - mounted tuners, for acoustic guitars with metal strings, and these ones do great job!

Ordered wrong part by mistake. Asked for return and told to print return label. I do not have a printer and cannot get to one due to disability. Asked them kindly to send me a return label, they denied my request. Poor customer service.As far as the tuners sent... they look fine. They appear to be in working order. They were not sent in grover packaging but appear to be from all parts. Important to note Grover's guarantee is not on the packaging at all.

Really nice tuners... exceptionally smooth, well made, far better than I remember this type of tuner being when I used them on guitars I owned back in the 1960's. Back then, the "next big thing" was to have Rotomatics installed on your guitar because they were so much better than the old style Kluson or Waverly or even the Grover Stay-tite tuners that had been used by guitar makers like Martin Guild and Gibson. These new Stay=tite tuners are as good as any rotomatic style tuner. Top notch product and great value compared to Waverly (three times as much).
