Not as smooth and solid as a real Trick, doesn’t have the multiple tension settings, but it’s an acceptable compromise to save money I think. Complaints about the finish are fairly accurate but who really is looking and if they are get a real one. It works. You can adjust various things and most of the complaints (on a similar listing) are from people who haven’t found all the adjustment points yet or who have over-tightened them rather than set them properly. I give 5 stars as value for money not for absolute value.
