These are legit for the price. Paintballed in them for a while till I got some more expensive ones. These are good and will still use them or let friends borrow them.

I’m a professional flooring installer. Knee pads are in must have. These are a tad bit thin and a tad bit small. They do stay up better than some types. I will purchase them again, pretty good for crawling on hard surface.

I own both AltaContours and some G3 knockoffs with the usage philosophy in-mind being that I'd wear the G3's as a first resort, and throw the Altas over old BDUs when the G3s were dirty or the situation called for a different camo. After spending four days in the woods with the Altas, though, they might have become my knee protection of choice.They are thicker and more padded than the ones built into the G3s which makes hard drops to the knees and extended periods of kneeling more comfortable. They don't pinch at the back of the knee like old GWoT-style kneepads, and once I found the sweet-spot for the strap length, they required almost no adjustment throughout hours of rigorous hiking. On paper, the two biggest downsides to strap-on knee-pads should be pinching and slipping, and I did not experience either of these issues. Outstanding product!

These things are pretty light but super durable. I am using these with my tree saddle setup this year, I have been up in a tree with these on and they work great! They are really comfortable and they are not loud up against the tree bark. I have not been out hunting yet but I did put in some hours practicing. I will say that they did bring out some sweat from my knees and legs but that's understandable as it was warm out during summer. So early season I would make sure to get some air flow behind the pads every once in a while so you don't have too much sweat building up and creating unnecessary scent.

I used these during IBOLC and will use them when I go to Ranger School. Another alternative to the Arcteryx kneepads and these fit just as well. Still going well after 19 weeks of tough use.Great on long halts, short halts, rucking for miles in the training areas of Fort Benning.Only drawback is having to adjust them everyday but that's also because we move alot all day. I don't know of any kneepads that stays tight after moving all day.

These are great knee pads. Used them for 3 days of work in the range both indoor and outdoor running positional shooting rifle drills. Worked great with both long pants, and shorts. The straps worked great to hold the pads in place, without pulling excessively on my skin or ripping out the hairs on my legs. Once put in and adjusted in the morning, they stayed put all day long!

Very impressed with these knee pads. Very lightweight and can easily be worn for several hours. I have bad knees that really ache and swell if I try to do much on them without any pads. After fitting to my legs, I wore these for 5 hours stright doing a multitude of chores around the house and yard, and even forgot I was wearing them several times. Up and down from the kitchen floor, the basement floor, the gravel driveway, and out on the deck. These stayed in place, are very flexible when you stand and straighten your legs, and have adequate padding for dropping down onto your knees or crawling around a bit across gravel or hard surfaces. While I would not want to spend all day on my knees in these, they work exceptionally well for lots of "ups and downs", and I didn't feel the extra weight I do with other pads I have and have tried. I do have some bulky, heavy, gel-filled knee pads for when I have to do lots of hard flooring or tile, or have be on my knees most of the day., but I hate standing up and walking around a lot in them... These were bought for all-day protection without the hassle usually associated with wearing knee pads, and I couldn't be happier, especially for the price.To explain how they work, the bottom strap is a nylon webbing strap that does not stretch... you adjust this slightly snug, above your calf muscle, which then supports the weight and height of the knee pad. The top strap is elastic and will stretch as your thigh muscle and knee flexes... this keeps the cap in position over your knee. And because of the distance between the two straps, there is very little to bunch up directly behind the knee and pinch.Also, bought a set for the wife, as she helps sometimes with some of the home improvement projects, and she really likes them as well.
