I was unable to remove the gear on the transfer roller to install the transfer roller holder that was easily removed from the original transfer roller. The gear on the transfer roller in the kit appeared to be glued onto the shaft and became damaged with my attempt to remove it. Reinstalled the original transfer roller - the rest of the kit works fine.
