Passt perfekt, wenn die RED dann doch mal mit D-Tap in Verbindung gebracht werden muss. Sowohl der D-Tap-Stecker als auch der LEMO sind hochwertig und versprechen dauerhafte Haltbarkeit. Der rechtwinkelige LEMO ist eine Besonderheit die gut gefällt, auch wenn der Anschluss mittels Schraubenschlüssel an das Rig angepasst werden muss, und man diesen sicherlich genau dann vergessen und verlegt haben wird, wenn man ihn tatsächlich einmal unbedingt braucht.Das Kabel ist flexibel, nicht zu starr, nicht zu dünn, und gut ummantelt. Passt also und diese Variante sollte man im Arsenal parat haben.

I use this to hot swap batteries on my RED Gemini. It's a fairly sturdy low cost cable. I have a few alvin's cables and they're all pretty great, definitely not as durable as RED or Wooden Camera brand but a fraction of the cost.

RoninなどのスタビライザーにREDをつける際、純正のケーブルだと硬くて動きに干渉してしまい苦労してました。またカメラ側のケーブルの差込が直線なので、ほかの機材の邪魔になるというイライラがありました。こちらのL字の差込形状になって、さらに柔らかいケーブルのおかけでこれらのストレスから解放されました。Vマウントバッテリーからの電源供給も問題なく、良い商品だと思います。ちなみに以前買った別の商品（ケーブルが2メートルの中国製）はそもそもバッテリーにプラグが入らなく、ヤスリで削って無理やり入れるも、通電できないという悔しい思いをしました。

Wouldn’t recommend for a Movi/RED setup with the vlock/IO expander. The Lemo adapter needs to have a right angle connector and be a little bit longer. As is, the tilt axis is impeded by the cable. I’m returning and getting one of the longer, right angle cables.

Seems to be working. Did every variation of hot swapping. Powered off of separate battery. Powered off of same battery. Connected disconnected fine.Note, didn't include the velcro tie in the photo, but I don't know that it would be terribly useful anyway.

Alvin makes a great cable but more importantly provides even better customer service. Amazon botched one of my orders of his cables and he was quick to the rescue. His contact information is easy to find and responds immediately. Will and would buy again and again from him.
