Shows rusting after 9-10 months. Not a high grade of 304 Stainless, evidently. I wash and rinse well every trip, but still some rust.

Seems to be nice product, haven't installed them yet, I'm putting them on my airboat, they will fit a smaller diameter tubing, just cut bolts shorter or by new bolts.

Excellent rod holders that I have been using for years now on different boats. They clamp down hard and never come loose. They also never rust or stain your boat. This is the third pair I've bought over the past 6 years and they're exactly the same as the originals.

I’ve ordered several sets of these now. They are great quality and hold up extremely well. Have not had any issues with rusting and these mostly see saltwater use. I will say, unless you use locktite on the bolts, they will eventually loosen themselves or totally fall off if the seas are rough.

I put these on my 1978 13' Boston Whaler. They are awesome! They are made well and are a great price. They fit my Whalers rails perfectly. We have ridden with the rods in the holder without any problems. We live 3 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico where everything corrodes, rusts or deteriorates rapidly. These are holding up well. They have been on the boat in the yard for a few months without any sign of rust. What a great deal and you get two for the price of one.

These are quality, well-made rod holders. Yes it is a pair. They are extra sturdy, look great and will probably last a long time. They are easy to install and clamp on well. My only complaints are two minor ones with the design. The mounting bolts are allen head and should have been recessed inside the clamp. As they are they stick out. I have them mounted with the clamp to the inside and the clamp is exposed to where people stand/sit. Bumping against the clamp is more painful with the exposed bolt heads than if they were flush with the flat clamp. Also (and this is very minor) the holders tend to whistle with not much wind if there is no rod in them.Really for the price though, they can't be beat (only perfect products, or nearly so, get 5 star reviews from me - if those bolts were recessed, they would definitely be 5-stars). You would spend more than this for one in your local marine store for the same product.
