Was assured by seller that product would be carefully packed. Arrived in original factory boxes smashed and dented. With two of us we managed to straighten it enough to force it together. if I had a choice would have sent it back.

This is nice stove pipe. It installed pretty well.I needed a part (8hs-fsa fire shield) to go thou a floor.Ace could not get me one; would not really try; was not the slightest bit interested in helping me. What Support.I called american metal a few times. Demanded a manager; they referred me to a number 1-800-669-3190 who answer the phone with the generic message "technical support" . They sold me the Fire Shield no issue and I'm installed and running.The pipe stays cool enough to touch on the outer wall (most of the time).
