First off, customer service is superb. They stepped in when I had a problem with a broken clay chiminea. However, both the clay and steel chimneys are ineffective at maintaining any burn with the logs provided. Nothing has kept them burning more than 10 minutes on their own; the logs are better in a larger fire. So, while the look is super-cool, I feel like I wasted my money. Tip - don’t let the logs get wet/morning dew on them or they will expand and become even less worthy. I hope you have better luck than me. Feel free to pick mine up off the curb if you notice it.
