The product arrived a couple days ahead of projected schedule. A great thing. It was well packaged and protected and arrived in pristine condition. I would purchase this item again so long as American Standard does not lower quality of materials used to construct this item.

I recommend this product to anyone in need of a kitchen faucet. The pull-down feature is super convenient, it makes tasks like filling pots and rinsing dishes so much easier. Plus, the wipe-clean handle is a godsend, it keeps the faucet looking pristine with minimal effort. In short, a fantastic addition to my kitchen.

Pros:- Good pressure on spray mode- Convenient button to stop water flow temporarily- No overwhelming splash from normal mode- Good extending arm length- Convenient reattaching when pulling the head out (magnetic I think)Cons:- A bit too close to the sink, it'd be better if it arched out more by default instead of having to pull it out

I picked this American Standard 4803300.002 Studio S Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Polished Chrome Kitchen faucet for two reasons - 1) The Most Reliable name and 2) Most beautiful Kitchen faucet! After going through hundreds of kitchen faucet I picked this as soon as I saw it. The design caught my eyes. I am an architect and I am rarely satisfied with things that are not exquisite. This facet looks so beautiful that I think it should be in Moma (Museum of Modern Art). We just had it installed by a plumber and it works like a charm. My wife cannot be happier. If there is anything comes up I will update this review.Note: I don't know why the images are turned 90 degrees? Sorry.

I just installed this faucet and am VERY pleased all around. It looks great, works great, has high water pressure (more on that in a moment), the 18-inch height is wonderful and convenient, and it was easy to install. It looks good, too. At this point, there is nothing I can think of to improve. As a bit of backstory, I got this faucet to replace an old American Standard that had low pressure. The old one was terrible. I gave it a one star review on Amazon. The water pressure was so low out of the faucet that when you turned it all the way to hot or cold, it trickled out in a tiny stream. My sister tried the same one in her house and the pressure was so low it would not kick on her on-demand water heater. I live with the old one for a long time but finally got this American Standard, the one I'm reviewing to replace it. When I got the new one all hooked up and ready to go, it was like a complete 180. Great water pressure, easy to use. The sprayer actually stays on because it has good pressure, etc.Over time, I have come to appreciate how easy American Standard faucets are to install. Basically, they come with one rubber O-ring that seats in a groove under the faucet base, a big rubber ring that goes under the sink, a brass washer, and a brass locknut. When you get everything in place, you tight the locknut finger tight against the bottom of the sink, and then get it nice and tight and sealed using screws that press against the brass washer. It's a great design because it allows you to get super tight without turning the faucet out of alignment. Hose hookup is super easy, too, with included parts. It's all so smooth and easy. Kudos to American Standard for making installation easy.Overall, 5 stars for this faucet. So pleased to have strong water pressure out of my kitchen faucet again!

Fine faucet if you have really deep sinks and the right hole placement for faucet. If sinks are any less than 8 inches, this faucet is too tall and powerful. Water sprayed everywhere when we used this: countertops and everything surrounding was wet. Also, we placed it in a center hole of our sink and the faucet pointed too sharply down, rather than to the center of the sink. Replaced it with a similar model that's about 5 inches shorter, 150 bucks cheaper, and works way better.

Ease of installation, design, and nice finish make this a good choice if you’re looking for a better quality faucet. The only downside is the faucet is designed with California state mandated reduced flow restrictions.

Beautiful and with great features like a sprayer built in to the head that has a far reach. This could be a shower head! It was simple to install but alowed NO water flow. We took it apart and cleaned it and finally got a tiny trickle of water. The job it was saved for all got underway with a tiny window of time. We had to spend $150 to buy a much less fancy faucet to do the job. The other one installed as easily, had good features, cost $100 less than this one. But best of all, it worked! I hope this is only a single unit problem and not a review of the product line as a whole.
