really nice, but first one showed up broken and replacement had a casting defect that our plumber found after installing (water came in below pop-up assembly through a hole that wasn't supposed to be there). it would be worth it if there was a guarantee that you wouldn't have these issues, but 2 trips to ups to return these items has made it not so worth it this time around.

I got home found a very big box ! opened it carefully ! surprisebidet was completely broken... more than 20 small pieces !!!
