These speakers are being used to replace the 15" speakers in a pair of old Jensen Imperial horn loaded baffles. They seem to have about the same compliance as the original Jensen speakers which is important for matching acoustic impedance of the folded horn design. Have not done any detailed measurements yet but the response seems reasonably consistent with the originals.

Had some cheap passive monitors made by Kustom.I replaced the cheap factory speakers on these floor monitors with this eminence speaker, and the improvement is dramatic and I can even use the small speaker cabinets in larger rooms now.

At 12 lb per speaker the weight was right. The power handling was a bit less than the JBL's but the efficiency was a few dB higher and the response curve looked close and the frequency range is so close. The cabinets are trapezoid 2 way with 1 1/2 inch Hi Frequency horn and an overload protected crossover. They sound GREAT and are being used for live music sound support.

Great sound. A little unconventional but I-paired with a 15 Eminece bass speaker for my bass rig and it has a great sound

Replaced both speakers in our PA for rock band. These speakers are amazing. Very loud and clear. No distortion. 5 stars all the way and a steal at the price I paid, IMO.

I purchased two of these to replace my worn woofers in my Optimus, Mach Three's that I purchased over 20 years ago.For the price these things thump. I usually don't review until I have had more time to evaluate and give a fair rating. The Speakers did not fit my cabinet just right and I needed to make wood cutting adjustments to have them fit correctly. It must be noted that this is no negative reflection on the Seller. I purchased out of chance because the true replacements for my cabinets were not available and I didn't want to wait. I will later update and adjust my 4 star rating after I have some time with them but so far they perform better than expected.

maybe a Mustang 1 user will read this here. I bought a Eminence Delta 10A 10" PA speaker to replace the 8" factory speaker in my Fender Mustang 1. I think the guitar amplifier is great for it's (intended purpose). It's a practice amp. I played it in a 7' x 8' room turned up to 3 & it sounded really good to my ears in this small confined space. However in 2 larger spaces 15' x 18' & 20' x 30' mostly open room it didn't. And the louder U turn it up the worse it sounds. Then once tried it outside it really sounded like doggy do. I bought this Delta 10A 10" sold as used w/ small cosmetic flaw (which I couldn't find) for $50. Looked brand new. Best $50 I ever spent.I kept it simple on the advice of another Amazon customer review I'd read under Mustang 1. (note: not found under v2 reviews) I just opened up the back & put it in the same 8"speaker hole without taking off the grill cloth & making the hole bigger. I'm sure there's some sound lost. I also drilled an 1 3/4" hole in the back as he had suggested. So perhaps someday I will experiment with a more open back design & open up the speaker hole in front but, for now I am very pleased.note: After removing the 11 screws off the back I still had to really dig my screwdriver in & pry really hard to get the back off. I was about to the point of giving up after tearing the outer fabric and it not budging. It was not only a tight fit but also had dabs of glue at several screw holes. So keep this in mind if U go for it.I turned it up to 6 or 7 & the distortion sounded like a big amp. I turned it up to 10 only trying a clean finger picking style & sounded great, still clean & clear. I didn't want the neighbor to call the cops so that is as far as I have tested it. Now I back in the small room playing it at a more comfortable vol. 1 I will edit & add more if make those changes or I have the chance to play it really loud. = 5 to 10 Holy smokes it hurts my ears that loud.
