Works very well unless you leave it in cold weather. I left it overnight by mistake in my bag in the car. It took a while to get to room temperature. Afterwards it was accurate.Easily cleaned and sanitized. Easily carried. A good purchase.

It is very sturdy to hold, but the temperature results are not consistent when repeated a couple times. It can be off by 2 degrees.

Defitely very happy with this. Very easy to use - just turn it on, point at the forehead and press one button. Accurate readings every time. Comes with batteries, but they were almost dead, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
