Nice size! It works well. I was surprised how much litter it caught the past few days. We usually had to vacuum around our old litter box mat several times a week to clean up litter that made it past the old mat. This one caught nearly all the litter they tracked out on their paws. It was nice being able to dump that litter back into the box, rather than dump it from the vacuum into the trash. It comes folded up which is necessary due to it's size. You will have creases where it was folded that may take a few days to flatten out. I laid it out in front of a sunny window to warm it up for a couple hours, then sat the litter box in the middle of it overnight. That helped to flatten out the creases that were visible in the photo I took that first day.

This cat litter mat is a wonderful addition to any home with one or more litterboxes. It works exactly as it's supposed. The honeycomb top is softer, making it nicer under kitty paws than most litter mats. Litter easily falls through the top and gets trapped inside. Once trapped, it's very easy to open the end and dump the caught remnants back into the litter box or the garbage can. It really does help prevent litter track, though it's not necessarily a life-saver if your cat is determined enough.

I've had a few different litter mats over the years. This one is decent. I like that it is fairly lightweight without being too thin. The stitching is very neat and tidy, so good quality. It flattened out fairly well on its own, but could probably be assisted with some hot water poured on it and/or weighing it down. It opens on only one side, but I wish it had handles like some of the mats I've had. The size is pretty standard.The overall price is pretty good, maybe a little high so if there is a sale/discount offered, that would be better. I find it helpful to have two mats so that I have one that is washed and dried to swap when the current one gets dirty and needs to be washed. That way you are not stuck with a wet/damp mat right away.In general this does a good job of capturing loose litter, although my cats seem to jump over it as often as they track across it, so they don't always use it as intended.

This cat liter mat is a really good addition for your cat area and products. This mat catches all of the liter and also has an opening inside to just simply pour out the mess that got caught up . The only thing I didnt like was the size, I just wish there were bigger sizes to choose from because this mat is kind of small and it doesnt cover a whole lot of the area. so there remains a mess alot of the time.

Upon opening the mat it smelled strongly of plastic, so I let it air out before cleaing up my cats area and replacing the old mat with this new one. It's surprisingly large and accurate to the listings description.I like the functionality of the mat. If your cat is the kind to kick litter all over the place, hopefully some of it will land on this mat where it's much easier to vacuum from and won't shift around. We don't use traditional litter but paper litter, so it's kinda hard to open it and dump it all in the garbage compared to just vacuuming.The cat showed no strong feelings about the mat either if anyone is worried about their cat not liking it.My only wish is that it came in other colors besides black and gray!

This mat is easier to use than the carpeted mat I had been using. I simply lift up the mat and pour out the debris into my waste bin. I can then rinse off the mat in my laundry deep sink. The black color is a wonderful neutral. The material is smooth and most importantly, the cat was not afraid of the new mat.

Its very sturdy and well made. It has a slight smell when you first open it but it goes away quickly. I haven't tried it yet because it doesn't fit in the spot I have the box in.

This thing is huge, strong chemical odor upon opening but it died down. Huge! Fits an XL liter box with lots of room to spare. Only rated three stars bc I just received once I’ve had it for a bit I will update.
