Yes it traps litter…forever. We can’t even get it off the mat! We’ve tried washing, hosing, vacuuming. BUT! It does the intended job.It is a smaller size than most litter catchers but works for the small space we have.Would love if we could clean litter off of it easier. For reference, we use Pretty Litter and have 2 cats.
